A Foundry Built on Experience

We’ve earned long-term relationships by doing the fundamentals well, then doing them consistently.

We produce steel castings for industries that demand performance under pressure. That history matters because it shows up in the day-to-day: disciplined execution, practical problem-solving, and a team that understands what “mission-critical” really means.

Steel Grades Matched to Performance

Your casting requirements should drive the metallurgy—not the other way around. ASC produces standard ASTM steel grades and proprietary grades developed for demanding applications. We’ll help you align material selection, heat treatment, and inspection requirements to the environment your casting will face.

Standard grades produced to specification

Proprietary grades available where performance demands it

Documented chemistry control and heat treat cycles (as required)

On-Time Delivery, Planned Around Your Schedule

Delivery performance isn't an add-on. It's built into how we plan work.

Many ASC customers operate around shutdowns, changeouts, and tight outage windows. We coordinate production and delivery sequencing to align with your needs, so castings arrive when they’re useful—not just when they’re finished.

From pattern readiness and scheduling through finishing and inspection, we manage each job with clear milestones and proactive communication. If schedule risk appears, we surface it early so your team can make informed decisions and keep work moving.

Milestone-based planning from PO through shipment

Scheduling aligned to meet your needs

Proactive communication around schedule risk

The Difference is Repeatability

Large castings succeed when every step is controlled: requirements, melt, pour, heat treat, inspection, finishing, and delivery coordination. That control helps reduce rework, protect schedules, and improve total cost per cycle.
